February 2004: joined Ann Summers
April 2005: promoted to Unit Organiser
February 2006: achieved first company car - Ford Fiesta Finesse (fully taxed, insured & serviced)
December 2006: Catalogue Launch - won £500 shopping vouchers in recruiting competition
August 2007: passed driving test and got my Ford Fiesta!
November 2007: achieved 2nd company car - Seat Ibiza
February 2008: won £1000 shopping vouchers in recruiting competition (as did Jo, who I recruited)
June 2008: won £1000 holiday vouchers in recruiting competition
November 2008: achieved Executive Triple Crown Status - the ultimate status of Unit Organiser
November 2008: achieved 3rd company car - Honda Civic
December 2008: won £1000 shopping vouchers in recruiting competition
February 2009: Annual Crown Circle awards - one of the Top 20 Unit Organisers in the company for 2008
Along the way, I have won many more prizes - logo'd items, briefcases, jewellery, new lines from the catalogue and much much more.
My career with Ann Summers has gone from strength to strength. I have done all this while holding down a full-time day job. I have a fantastic team of over 100 - party organisers, senior party organisers, trainee managers and managers. I still have a great social life, earn money and have fun with Ann Summers too.
